The hotel had brand-new facilities and the staff was friendly. Our triple room had central heating, a personal safe, and a multi-channel TV. The location was particularly convenient, as it was close to everywhere we needed to go. The food was great and there were plenty of meal options available.

The hospitality was amazing, with early check-in and a welcoming staff. Serkan was particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a different menu each day. The hotel is beautiful, with well-furnished rooms and plenty of mirrors for convenience. Close to Taksim and yet very quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The central location meant I was just a short walk away from Taksim Square and all the attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, just like Sercan, Ozgu, Mirat, and Mrs. Bahar. The attention to detail in keeping my room clean was impeccable, and the delicious breakfast with its varied menu was a great way to start each day.

No complaints, everything was perfect.
